was feeling bored & needed something to munch on so decided that i should make my squid ink pasta!
Ingredients :
- finely minced garlic
- cooked squid ( with skin removed & cut to make into rings)
- yellow pepper
- cooked spaghetti
- squid ink sauce !
Cooking method :
1 ) Stir fry minced garlic, cooked squid & yellow pepper together in a frying pan
2) Add in cooked spaghetti & sauce & voila!
so easy right. HAHA!
actually, i was quite skeptical about eating this. you know, squid is like so smelly, and the ink is like black :/ but well, it taste good! but then, i guess can only eat this at home. it will stain the whole mouth to be black, like decayed teeth.
